So last night, my friend and I walked into the nail salon around 8pm and they were very busy we asked if they had time for a fill and a manicure. They said yes and told us to sit and wait. We understand that they were busy and that it was only an hour until close, But if they felt they didn't have time and didn't want to stay late they should have said no.
We waited until 9:03 to have anyone start on our nails. Over an hour!
My "manicure" consisted of him taking off my polish, cutting my cuticle and putting new polish on. Nothing else.
I watched the lady next to me get (for the same price) the salt soak for her nails, lotion massage and a couple other things.
When I picked out my polish color(it was a chrome color) he said they didn't have time when I said, they shouldn't have taken us in if they didn't have time for the full service, he said I shouldn't have come in so late and threw a bunch of attitude. He continued to ask my why I came in so late.
I chose a color that was similar, I asked if he would do a design on my ring finger and he said no, he didn't have time
When I was done with my service, I asked to speak with the manager who completely ignored me and referred me back to the nail artist who I had no interest in speaking with
I am livid. The customer service was terrible, management was terrible and I'll never be back, I will also be letting my friends and family not to go there

horrible experience, when I walked In I felt very uncomfortable! I rarely ever get my nails done so I was going in a high hopes but I was Let down to the max. I honestly think they do NOT know what they’re doing. I have no clue why there are located in the mall! horrible horrible horrible. some of my nails were decent but others were so thick. the color of my nails is faded and just horrible. never going there again. this place is honestly a joke. they should put a better nail salon in the mall. people who know what they’re doing.

Way overpriced 22 pedi . .none of my toe nails or cuticles touched. She offered me callous removal for another $5 !!!!
Do not recommend at all.

The shellac nails didn’t last for a week and the technician was rude. I don’t care if nails cost 50 or 5.00, bad customer service is bad customer service. If you like the bare minimum, patronize them. If you actually care how your nails look and the experience you have at an establishment, save your coins and go elsewhere.

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. What a terrible place! I waited 45 minutes to be seated. When I was taking care of the lady told me to come earlier In a very disgusting manner. I told her what I wanted and she said she could do it. Near the end of my nails being finished they did not look anything like I wanted. And then she told me she could not do it! What a terrible job in terrible customer service I do not recommend this place to anyone do not waste your time!
