The basic manicure I had done was horrible. The polish started to flake off about an hour after the manicure was done. They don’t deserve even one star.

My comment is very similar to one I just read from someone else. I wish I had seen it before my appointment. My dip manicure took 2.5 hours. They had too many customers and not enough people working. It is disrespectful to waste people’s time. I won’t go back.

I made an appointment for for a dip manicure at 1030 and I was there for 2 hours as I was juggled between people. My dip manicure was grainy, not shiny, and way too thick and cost me $50 including tip.
