My nail artist Lucy was fantastic really went above and beyond. Had an appointment with May for lash extensions, she did a great job! Had to wait a little bit longer than my appointment was for. But I feel like it was worth it. I definitely will be going back!

Clean and friendly salon/spa. Good customer service.Great variety of colors and latest nail designs. Nice soothing music as you sit in comfortably pedicure chairs. The receptionist is very organized and pleasant.Things have improved since my first visit 8 months ago. The management/ owners are very professional and take pride in their clients satisfaction.

I am a regular customer who comes monthly, I will now no longer be returning. I went in for a pedicure and a gel dip manicure. I chose to do the sea salt pedicure, in which I did not receive a massage or callus elimantor as it states. The girl who did me was rushed and did not do the pedicure properly I had gotten it many times before. I than got my nails done, I had three nails with the powder dip on it and I was charged to get them taken off but the nail lady did not make me aware of this. She told me it was 60 but than when I went up it was 62. I know it is only two dollars but I don’t understand what difference it makes if I had all the nails on or three nails when I am paying to get the same thing done again. I had never been charged for powder take off when I was getting this service on my nails again? The front desk lady was confused as well. I will no longer be returning here because I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age . I love the owners and feel they need to keep a better eye on their employees! I was contacted by the owner who told me he would send me a gift card in mail which I still haven’t not recieved.

I been going there for years and i will not be returning.. i waited hours and she took me to do my nails then told me i had to get up because her appointment was here .. then i got my nails done a few days before that and my nail broke and i was told i wouldn’t be charge and i was and they were really rude .. they had another lady start doing my fill that didn’t do fills so she was just fileing my nails over and over to kill time and i left there with my polish just rushed on.. Really disappointed .. owner contacted me and gave me $40 gift card and said they will do his best to fix it let’s see how my next visit will be had a appt at 12 today wanted 20 mins after 12 will not be going back
