Very affordable and they do such a great job!!! The lady who did mine was super nice and asked me multiple times if I liked my nails. Loved them!

I have been using this salon faithfully since first going through their doors. Nina and her husband have always been professionals and I leave loving my nails. They both have wonderful work ethics and take great pride in their craft. I always call and make an appointment because (I know they take a lot of walk-ins), I feel like it's common courtesy. In all the time I've been going there I have never had a bad experience or witnessed anyone else being treated rudely. I highly recommend New Fancy Nails.

Do not go here..if it had a zero thats what I would give! I made an appointment with Jason, went in to get a set of nails.First I wanted French tip he told me they was out of it then because I wanted my nails med length and not short he lost his temper refused to finish,or take them off! Him and the girl kept saying we don't want your money, just leave, just leave you talk to customers and complain, which was bunch of BULLCRAP! Then proceeded to tell me I was a trouble maker basically! I've been 3 times total and all 3 times they were very very rude to say the least, and if you have a problem with there service, look out! They do not need to be running a business at all when someone tries to hurt you on purpose you wanted something different than they had planned is NOT OKAY! After I set there and argued with him and her..him running around like he was gonna hurt someone, he grabbed my hand and literally tried to rip the nail off along with my skin, actually tried to hurt me. I said STOP don't rip my nail off! I threatened to call the police and now wished I would have..WOW is all I can say! I said just finish I will leave, he would not ,neither would she! Finally, I did get a bowl of acetone and sit there trying to get them off as quickly as possible! I finally went somewhere that knows how to treat their customers with respect and doesn't try to physically harm them! I would not go back to this ridiculous place even if they paid me! FAIR WARNING DO NOT GO HERE

I was in to get a fill in on 4-25-18 and one of the owners started on my nails and then he stopped and his wife took over. "After my nails were done I noticed area that I mentioned to the wife and she stated" the nails are just not dry yet" however I noticed the nails just didn't look like they had been smoothed out or shaped before applying my polish, I did not say anything else to her because she was so adamant that it was just because the nails were not dry. "They were getting really busy and there is just the two of them working the salon. I was one of the last customers of the evening and when I got home I was still unhappy because they were "wavy" looking and the nails were thick at the ends of my nails and at my cuticles and that was purely from not being shaped and smoothed out. I called first thing next morning and the owner (the husband) said to come and he would fix them and when I arrived he spoke to me in a tone loud enough for all the other customers to hear him tell me that I should have told him before I left, I explained I did mention to his wife that there was area that didn't look right and she said cause it was not dry and they were getting really busy and I do notice if they get busy the service speeds up tremendously and I feel that was a possible reason for this so I just expected he would smooth out the nails as they should have been done and that would be the end of it. However, it wasn't he proceeded to tell me that if I had told him that night it would have taken him 10 minutes to fix, well it would have required him to take the polish off again and use the drill to smooth out the nails and shape them so there was not a waviness to the nail and make it look like a normal nail but instead of doing this he told me not to go home and call back because now this would take him 20 minutes to fix it. First I was embarrassed to be talked to like this in front of other customers and I could have really given him a great deal of comments about the nails but I did not. He tried to blame the salon where I had them put on for using too much powder, WRONG my nails are always thin when I have had them done elsewhere, thick nails do not look natural and he continued to blame on someone else, if your salon did not do a good job, just fix it as I have been told by them in the past if "you not happy you call and we fix it" well I did that and I was treated awful and will NEVER go back. I did not go back for a different color or ask them to fix something that was done by another salon, Take responsibility for your mistakes and correct them and be courteous about it because if you had treated me with some respect and not talked to me as you did I probably would have been back. I live local and do try to support our smaller local businesses but when I am treated like this I won't patronize a business like this. When I posted review yesterday the owner replied with incorrect information and then blocked me so I could not reply. It had nothing to do with wanting a different color it was about shaping the nail instead of just putting the powder on there and not shaping the nail. I would not have posted this because I do understand that not every fill in or other service is always the way the customer wants but after I was treated so rudely I wanted others to know. So if you post negative review you will be blocked and not allowed to reply to defend yourself and will be told they do not welcome guests like me
