The customer service was great but my manicure didn't even last 3 days (it was the powder dipping). I went on a Monday when according to the website they close at 730pm and it was already closed when I got there (at 7pm) also the technician didn't even removed my cuticles.

I came here recently and some guy took care of me that day. I have never seen him here before. Anyway the guy was very rough in holding my fingers and I had nicely expressed that to him. I told him if he could please be more gentle. He mean mugged me. He was using that buff machine and cut me twice !! I moved my hand immeadiately ! And I told him are you okay ? You need to be careful this is the third time that you hurt me ! And he said you need to relax ! And don't put your hand hard. I said I am relaxed ! I just don't appreciate you being so violent in the way you're doing my nails. I mentioned I have came to this location for 2 year's and never had none of the nail technicians treat me that way. And after that he just stood quiet and didn't even apologize. I am never coming here again that's for sure !!!

Andy fixed my horrendous nail job given to me by Tina at taryn's nail salon right down the street! And he refused any money that I wanted to tip him for his service! God bless.

I come from Chicago so finding a new nail joint took forever but this place was definitely where I stopped searching Henry is the best of the best he pays attention to detail like cleaning under the nails with the drill and he works fast. Every shape and length I've done he literally makes it more perfect than I expect. He never disappoints. This place is the best hands down.
