After a bad experience I decided to go back because overall this was my first bad experience at this nail place. This was a mistake. I called Kim and spoke to her before I went back to let her know about what happened to me before and to ensure it does not happen again. Kim assured me and told me not to worry, well I should have worried. I went with my son and we both got a pedicure and a manicure I must say the pedicure was not bad however my nail polish came off in less than a week both mine and my son. in regards to the manicure she assured me she would ensure my next experience would be great it was not I got gel nail polish and it came off of my nails in less than a week. Kim assured me all would be well she did not keep her promise. She placed me with someone who did not know what they we're doing and had no business doing nails. When she was done, my fingernails look like I did it myself and not professionally done. I heard Kim before this going back and forth, 1st saying Kim would do my nails, then her daughter, then the inexperienced person who finally did them. She knew about my previous experience, however she took no care to ensure my next experience at her shop was a good one. Her promise to me was a lie and it meant nothing, my nails were not shaped it looked horrible. I'm extremely disappointed because I called before I went and I was told I would be taken care of and I was not. Before these two horrible experience, I really did like going to TT nails.I am very disappointed when I call her the next day after I got my nails done she seemed upset and surprised of what I told her. she let her customer down, she lied to me. I called before I came back and made her aware of my experience before. She lied to me assuring me that she will make sure that it would not happen again. I was lied to, when I was there and she knew I was there. Kim took no steps to ensure I was placed with a person who knew what they were doing in order to avoid what happened to me before. I am truly sadden and disappointed by this experience.

I love this place! Always professional, I’ve been coming here for 9 years and every time I try to go somewhere else… they remind me as why I stay at this location. Thank you

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails. The tech who did them was amazing and very fun to talk with since we had a common ground (video games), prices were good, place looked very neat and tidy, good music, great selection of colors, I'm honestly very excited to go back
