Love Titop! I always call and make an appointment a day or two before and never wait for service. I have been going here for over a year and my gel x manicure and regular pedicure are always perfect! Clean!

Visited this place for the first and last time last week. First off, I had a terrible experience with the receptionist who took it upon themselves to inform me of the prices more than once. Felt like he was insinuating that I couldn’t or wouldn’t be able to afford their prices (which I will admit are below average for the city). As I am getting my service he informs me of my total and asks how I would like to pay. I told him cash (mind you, my hands are in the nail lamp drying so I could not pay at that moment) and he asked three follow up questions about how and when I’d pay. Again, it felt like he was insinuating that I could or would not pay. He hovered near me until he finally relented and waited until I was done. I watched as dozens of others got their nails done and were not subjected to the same treatment as me. I was the only black person in the shop so I can only blame racism, ignorance and lack of respect. On top of all of this, the acrylic nails I received came off about a week after the service. I will not be going back to this place and will never spend a dime here again.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, they took their time and help to choose what I wanted. The nails came out so good the guy listened to what I wanted and I really like the way my nails came out. I like very natural and simple look and they made sure my nails and pedicure matched because I got the powder application for the nails and gel for my pedicure but they both came out good and match perfectly, the lady that did my pedicure was wonderful she took her time and gave me an amazing relaxing massage on my feet. Definitely coming back!

My gel mani didn't last one week. I got some chips and then they peeled. I use gloves when I wash dishes, clean, and mix food ingredients. The job for both my mani and pedi felt rushed. I really think it's the brand of polish they use. It's called "Trendy."
I'm giving two stars because thee place is nice. Big and cleaner than most of the other salons I've been to. The prices are decent too, but I'd rather pay a little more for better job.
