Had a terrible experience! Went in with dark brown hair..wanted subtle highlights..instead I ended up with three different colors in my hair and orange roots due to the lady suggesting a bleach wash after she had highlighted my hair..had to fix it myself..she wouldnt even consider a partial refund after her mistake..$70 down the drain!!

Do NOT get your hair cut here.
I had my hair cut a couple weeks ago at this location. I gave fairly simple instructions on how to cut my hair. Fade around the sides from a 4 down to a 2, thin my hair around the crown, and do not undercut the side.
I left with a lopsided hairline on the back of my neck, a chunk taken out of the left side of my head, and a non-thinned crown. The hairdresser lazily cut my hair with what I can only describe as a very unsure look the whole time.
I wasted $15 to have my hair ruined for a few weeks until it could grown back out. The only reason I waited so long to make this review is because I didn’t want to jump the gun.

The employees are friendly and helpful. A lot of talented women as well.
