HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM RECEPTIONIST and management... Second time I make appointments at the nail bar, I get there at my time and they get someone else. They make my drive all the way and make me wait for more than 40 minutes. This time I got out of work to go get my nails done and the unprofessional receptionist tells me that the nail tech got another person. She wasn’t only yelling and laughing at me through the phone but told me to put a bad review because she didn’t care and was laughing. She refuse to transfer me to a manager or owner, she stated that they were very busy. I called the other location on the East and spoke to the owner. I been going there for several years now but always the same story. Vince is the only good nail tech there but trust me I will never go back there. Poor customer customer service all the time. I wonder why they have so many bad reviews. Ignorant receptionist don’t know that business live out of reviews...

There are so many roaches and bugs here. It’s a nails bar so they serve drinks here. Don’t drink or eat anything from this place it is disgusting!! And the owner Alyne is very rude and unprofessional. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Just horrible service. I’ve gone here several times because it’s around the corner from where I live. So if I need a quick fix it’s convenient. But they’re unprofessional and it’s a disappointment every time. They what’s cut me and the shape of my nails comes out weird. They’re over charging too. Just don’t spend money here.

I had the worst experience there. I went at 2:30 p.m. and they didn't finish my pedi and fills till 6:30 p.m. The gentleman that was doing my pedi first was super slow and kept saying he didn't want to be there very unprofessional. Then I get my fills and it was rushed of course and not even a discount just a sorry. I'm sorry dont spend your money there they are over priced and they don't have enough staff to take of you. Very disappointed with service gotta find another nail salon.

This has the be the worst place in El Paso. First day I went to get my nails fixed they told me to come in at 4:00pm and I left at 8:00 pm with my whole set I originally had on, taken on. I went back today for my new set and this has to be the worst set. Doesnt fit description of what I asked for at all. And same happened to my same ladies. Do not go to this salon.
