This is my new and FAVORITE nail salon! I've been to numerous salons for a powder manicure. The first time I went to Lucky Lucky Nail Spa, I was telling the owner that I keep bouncing between nail salons because I haven't found one that I liked. She said, "Don't worry, you found the place." She was right. The staff is extremely nice, welcoming, friendly and professional. I always make an appointment with Lexi. She is the sweetest, and does the BEST JOB at powder gel.... Every single time it is perfect, and looks AMAZING. My friends and coworkers always complement my nails. It lasts over 3 weeks and I never have any issues with chipping. Lexi has definitely become a friend!
I've also gotten pedicures here, and I'd say the best pedicure I've ever gotten as well. I recommended this place to my mom and she now goes as well. I recommend to anyone who wants to try a place where everyone is super friendly and very skilled at their profession. 10/10 stars from me!!!

I’m so confused by these reviews. I was so expecting a really wonderful manicure based on the reviews I read.
This was certainly not what I got. I got a rush job, literally in and out in 30 min for a gel manicure. That’s crazy, and not in a good way!Another thing I absolutely hate is then the gel polish is filed off, especially with the electric tool. My poor nails!! Not to mention the girl was going so fast that the tool slipped and caught my skin and started to bleed. The place itself is pretty messy also.
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I won’t be back.

I don’t do reviews ever this place is worth it! this is thee best pedicure I’ve ever ! Had from when I walked in the door I had a great experience ! Staff very friendly they are sanitary. The prices are worth every dollar of their service I can’t wait for my next visit ! Thanks so much Massie you did a great job ! I will tell all of my friends

Lexi is the best! I own my own hair salon locally and I’ve recommended numerous clients to her my nails are perfect every time! Lexi is so sweet I also consider her a friend at this point! The owners are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Lucky Lucky nail salon! Added bonus they always offer a massage!

I typically go to Lucky for the SNS powder. I find it pointless to make an appointment because they're never ready. In addition, they're very accommodating to walk-ins. I find that to be so strange! The person who did my nails, Lexi wasn't friendly, which I also thought was strange because she's usually nice. Whatever happened earlier was definitely reflected in her attitude and the quality of service I received. I wasn't offered water, which was offered to other clients by the other nail techs. Moreover, I was given attitude when I asked her to fix the polish on my toes.
When I'm travelling 30 minutes for a manicure and pedicure I expect quality service with a friendly attitude. My advice to the owner is to make sure all customers are appreciated by each nail tech. If your practice is to offer tea/water to clients, make sure this courtesy is extended to all. Secondly, customer service is a priority to keep customers.
