I’ve been calling these people to refund me my money, I’ve filed four disputes against this establishment, first they didn’t answer the phone the first few weeks so I had my bank contact them, they didn’t answer for my bank, this is my second time posting a review, they deleted my first one, so I will keep posting reviews and filing disputes until they do what’s right, while talking to the staff today they were very rude, laughing at me as if what they’ve done to me was righteous, they repeatedly hung the phone up in my face... and to be honest, the only reason I went to this place is because it was too short of a notice to make an appointment with “GET NAILED “ which is the nail salon around the corner, they are absolutely amazing and knows how to treat natural nails, they do not force you to get acrylic as this nail salon did. Very unprofessional!!

I love this place. They always do great work on your hands. Their nail work is wonderful. If your looking for a great place to get your nails done. This is the place to go.

I started coming here for about 6months now only because I had such a terrible experience at the last place I was going to. Anyways, my first time coming they did a really good job, I noticed the place was clean. I started going to Jordan and then his wife nina started doing my nails she did a pretty good at job at first but after a while she started getting lazy with her work. She would deliberately take forever to come from the back with an attitude knowing I would be sitting in the chair waiting for her to finish my nails. And then the other techs they have working there can barely speak English and they kept messing up my mom nails. Kept cutting our nails down and refuse to apply the color of nail polish we chose to wear. Also they are always face timing there friends on the phone while speaking in a different language in front of the customers which I feel is very unprofessional. And my last experience coming here I asked for a (dip/shellac mani) and they did so but meanwhile my mom asked for the same but instead of them giving her what she asked for (because the tech could barely understand English) they gave her a regular manicure and tried to charge her for the shellac and got upset when she asked for them to atleast polish her nails. I could not believe the type of service I received, and I was highly disappointed. So YES this will be my last time going to Club nails! Highly disappointed!
