***** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! MICHAEL IS THE BEST!!! Very clean and professional. Who knew wine in a box is bomb lol. Hannah does great pedicures!!! Tracy and Lo also do great job on nails.

I was made to wait nearly an hour as I watched other clients come and go while I continued to wait for a pedicure and nail repair. After he applied a nail that only cover 5/8 of my toe I showed him a previous repair after he said it couldn't be done. He asked me "what was I doing in Brentwood?" Then proceeded to say something in his language to co-workers and they looked over and laughed. He poceeproc to apply multiple layers of acrylic creating a misshapen blob he painted red. When I again complained he said no one would see it The acrylic was so thick I couldn't wear a closed toe shoes. I had to go to another salon and they were astonished by the sub par work Orvelle Nail and Spa had done. I had to soak in acetone over an hour and she used the drill about 10 minutes to thin it down to fitt comfortably in a shoe. She described it as being "thick as concrete."
Please do not let the positive reviews trick you into getting poor service and shoddy work.

Manicurist was not good. She had low energy and unskilled. She was not interested in her job. Won’t go back.

My tech couldn't have been trained for what she did. She painted my nails without washing away all the products she used. She didn't paint the sides of my nails, focusing on one side more than the other. When I showed her what she missed, her corrections looked like my four year old did it. She didn't get cottom ball fibers out of the way before painting so it was under the polish. Never going back.

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly staff. O got the Orvelle pedicure and loved the soy candle wax massage. It's been nearly 2 weeks and my feet still fantastic and polish looks great!! I highly recommend them and will be back to get my nails done this week.
