I like to leave reviews that I wish others left me. This was a 6/10 experience for me. It is a very friendly and chill place to be. The woman who worked on my nails was very nice and made me feel comfortable. For the nails themselves, I left a bit unsatisfied with my nails thick and one hand all crooked in the same direction. I got SNS with tips and it was a good first time, but not great. I did express some concern and she fixed them a little, but not much. It's hard to find honest reviews about the actual nail service, so I'm leaving this one. Try it out (I've seen reviews for Jenny & Nina but I haven't experienced their service), but I think I will be getting them redone elsewhere.

I liked this nail salon when I was going in the beginning...sometime last year I was turned away by the woman in the first seat I believe she’s the owner of the establishment. I stopped going there and they won’t take you kindly as a walk in and it seems like the owner has her preferences in reference to customers she has known for a while. In a nutshell I stopped going due to the rude and disrespectful behavior I received. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to treat your customers.

My brother , mom & I attempted to get our feet done today as we were in town visiting my brother who works at Davidson college. As soon as we walked in we were turned away and told that they don't do walk ins and it was a holiday weekend , mean while it says walk ins welcome on the sign in front of the door. Keep in mind this was a week before a holiday . There where several nail techs just siting there. I would have to agree with the previous post this place does not want to want to deal with people of color. Two people walked in before us were immediately seated & they did not ask them if they were there for an appointment. I will not recommend this place to anyone .
