Not sure why the reviews are so negative, those who left them were of customers who came probably at the busiest times and without appointments. This salon has wonderful customer service, is very clean and always does a fabulous job.
I’ve been coming here for since I was 16 years old (now 21) and I’ve NEVER had an issue NOT ONE. People are way too impatient and don’t realize how hard these people work!
They’re open 7 days a week with the same 6 people who work their lives away to make some very ungrateful and undeserving people happy. Zach, Tina, Lisa, Cindy and Van are some of the best people I know in the business! Give credit where credits due because OBVIOUSLY this place has long wait times (especially if you don’t book an appointment) because they’re in such HIGH DEMAND!

These unprofessional dirt bags! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon in my entire life. No class. No talent. I seriously question the credentials of the people working in this establishment. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time and save the extra money and take yourself down to Hollywood Nails. You are better off going to a beauty school and letting them practice. I went late in the evening for a mani/pedi the shop was essential empty. I wanted a simple design on both my hands and feet. They started with the pedicure and from the rip it was all wrong. It was rushed. She barely scrubbed my feet or let them soak. She cut my nails at a weird uneven angle. For my design I requested a small off centered heart in the bottom corner of my nail. She confirmed before touching the wet brush to my nail that I wanted a heart. And asked, would you like me to put a shooting arrow in it. Thought, “Wow! That sounds super cute. Yeah!” This raggedy shaky handed flimsy lil fraud of nail artist had the audacity to paint A big bulky wobbly ass misshapen heart big as all hell in the middle of my nail. Then the killer, the “arrow” or mangled triangle on a stick was slapped on top without any attempt to give the illusion it was piercing through the heart. She paused and the employee next to her (who had been sitting at the chair next to me talking to the woman doing my feet the entire time in an indistinguishable language) starts laughing at the horrible artwork. They exchange a few giggles between the 2 of them and the woman doing my nails asks if I like it. I scrunch my face and say no not really. Trying to still be polite, even though I’m highly irked at this point. Again the employee who wasn’t doing anything this entire time (except bumping her gums) giggles again and makes another reference to my botched nail art. They giggle some more at her joke and ask “ are you sure you don’t like it?” With this fake goofy ass smile on her face. I told her No. and honestly it’s not worth paying for. At that point she grabbed the nail polish remover and I think she sensed my anger. As she removed the ugly ass heart I asked out loud for everybody to hear, is there anybody in this raggedy MotherBLEEPER who CAN draw and wants to make some money? A man took over at that point to finish my feet and start on my manicure. When I sat down at his booth. He sucked but not as bad. He went on to ask what the problem was with the other employee and I told him she can’t draw. He went on to defend her, talking bout “we can all draw” well y’all can draw dese nut! If it’s wasn’t so late in the day and my schedule wasn’t so packed I wouldn’t have even let them finish. 3 minutes from home I’d thought it’d be “convenient” never again!!!!! I’ll walk around with 3 missing nails and heels the texture of dinosaurs skin before I entertain the thought of going in there again.

Walked in for a manicure & pedicure a guy comes and ask what I'm getting done. I told him I wanted a pedicure and manicure. He walks away doesnt say anything then tells me they dont want to do my nails. I will not spend my money where it's not wanted. Let also say the place was empty wasnt even busy.

I am sharing pictures of how my nails turned out. This was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had! I tried this place out because of the overall excellent reviews, but I really don’t understand where they are coming from and to avoid anyone else’s disappointment, KEEP READING.
The lady that did my nails was the complete opposite of gentle. The way she handled my hands and nails was rough and RUSHED (mind you, I called before coming in and it was not that busy). She did not get ANY of the corners of my nails and she filed them crooked! There are even little air bubbles on my nails. Honestly I could’ve done a better job myself. When guiding my hand to under the light for the gel to seal, she would very roughly “throw” my hand away from her. Finally at the end, she sprayed alcohol into my nails and while both my hands (and hers!) were soaking wet from it she added and spread the lotion which ended up just being an uncomfortable mixture of cream and liquid from the unnecessarily large amount of alcohol/acetone.
I do not recommend this place not only for the terrible experience and customer service, but especially the result: uneven, crooked nails that weren’t even thoroughly and wholly painted.

Absolutely Terrible. Worst part is the owner did my nails . I left with chunky uneven nail polish , nail polish all over my fingers & chunks of acrylic under my nails. When i went back she had the audacity to ask what was wrong and only offer another top coat of clear. When i said i wanted them repainted she tried the white again which clearly was bad nail polish bc it was full of fuzz . I made her stop to which she got annoyed and went to do someone else’s pedicure and completely ignore me. I left
