I’ve been going here for about 4 months. They have always been very kind to me. I drive from Laverkin to St.George to have my nails done. I always call and make an appointment to ensure that I am able to get in.
The last time I was there, I asked for a design (a simple design) and I was told they “didn’t have time” to do my design… I had made an appointment to have my nails done and I spend quite a bit of money to have them done every two weeks. I was very disappointed. I offered to pay for the services they had completed and get my nails finished at a different salon. The tech said okay and took my card, and then the manager came out and offered to do my design. It felt very awkward and I didn’t ask for exactly what I wanted because I felt like I was asking for too much already to have them do a small design. I have been going here for a few months, and I will be finding a new nail place. My advice to others would be to maybe call in advance and be very specific about what you want so they can make sure they have time for your appointment.

My 8 year old daughter and I got pedicures today at Le Nails. We usually go to the full service nail salons that are lined with about a dozen other customers and honestly our normal place we go was too crowded for walk-ins. So, we decided to try LeNails. At first we weren't sure because it's small and simple, but honestly once we got settled in we really enjoyed the peace of it all. They were very nice and we felt comfortable. The music was nice and everything looked clean. We had a wonderful time and will come again

I like how small and intimate Le Nails is. After reading other reviews, I realize that those ratings reflect the person's expectations when they came. Le Nails is NOT a full-service spa. You WON'T get as much pampering. But having said that, I really like that they get in and get the job done. My favorite pedicurist is the daughter, my least favorite is the dad. I think he is shy and not very comfortable speaking English. But if you don't go there to chat, (with the guy!) he does a fine job. I will keep going back for sure.

They worked quickly and we're nice, however they did not inform me of the price beforehand. $79+tips

I’m a bit baffled by the reviews. I’ve been going to Le Nails since 1996. Renee was 5!!! People need to keep in mind that different cultures interact differently and it doesn’t mean they are rude!!! Kim, Lee and Renee are very nice people. I’ve never been unhappy with the services they provide and they are always enjoyable to visit with! Lee isn’t as confident with his English so yes he will be more quiet.
I look forward to going there and I have sent many people to their salon with no complaints at all.
