My first review ever for ANYTHING....
If I could give this salon no stars...I would. I went in for a gel manicure and they asked me to pick a color. I knew exactly what I wanted and they were having a hard time finding it. I politely told them that I can show them the color online and the lady doing my nails said to me, with attitude, oh we know what it looks like. Then when they found the color, I asked them to do three coats of it. For as long as i can remember, I’ve always asked for three coats and never had a problem, it just lasts longer for me. The lady told me no i won’t do three coats because it will be too thick. I explained to her that I would appreciate 3 coats bc it lasts longer for me. She then AGAIN tells me no, then I had to say please do three coats or I can go else where! Once she was on the third coat she told me “if you wanted the color darker you could have picked a different color.” Overall a very bad experience and absolutely unprofessional. Once I had to pay, workers were ignoring me and once someone came to check me out they kept pressuring me to pay cash, I insisted on paying with my card. I was still nice enough to give my nail technician a tip, but when I went over to give it to her, I told her thank you and that this is for her, handing her cash, and she barely said thank you and I had to leave it on the table for her. Safe to say I will never return. Go else where!!!!

They did a perfect job. My nails turned out exactly as I wanted.

Been going here since they opened but no more. Lately, kept pressuring my daughter and I to get nail tips and shellac, after repeatedly telling them no. Rushed through the pedicures again. Failed to tell us the price was double on the nail powders if we chose two colors as this is not posted anywhere. Keeps pressuring us to pay cash which I never do anyway. Pretended to not speak very good english when we expressed our displeasure. Come on Nina, you have known us for years and I know you speak great english. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Going somewhere else and I would advise others as well...something just does not feel right about this place anymore.
