worst set of acrylics i've ever had. & it was extremely overpriced, especially because of how my nails turned out. way too thick and uneven. had to go home and soak them off, then i went to a different salon and got a brand new set way cheaper. never going back :)

Went for a brow waxing with my mom, the woman did great work, she took her time to make sure she did a good job but was still done in a timely manner. 10 dollars, great service.

This place is so over priced for the service they provide. I will NEVER go back my fingers got infected NEVER AGAIN!

Sorry but I don't think I'll be returning to Serenity Nail & Spa... The woman giving my mani was very pushy in trying to get me to also get my toes done, it was to a point of being very uncomfortable. I decided to go ahead and do it only to realize (too late) that they did not sterilize the tub from the last woman. Thankfully the girl next to me said something to me and I asked that the tub be cleaned. They were very clearly agitated that I would ask for that and all they did was empty the water and fill it back up. I asked that it be actually cleaned not just refilled she looked at me like I was crazy and took the sprayer and sprayed the walls of the tub. No sterilization, no wipe down, nothing. I was horrified. These kinds of places should not be open still. After that the woman filled the tub with piping hot water and I again had to ask that the water be changed so I could even put my feet in. She was so clearly agitated and made me feel like I was being demanding. A clean tub and water I can actually put my feet in was all I asked! I was afraid she was going to ruin my pedi but she actually did do a nice job. But I felt awful the whole time. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else!
