Love Classy nails.. Lan always take care of my nails and will work late to do dipped nails and pedicure. they always look great.. everyone is always nice and they work hard to take care of their customers.

My nail tech did not give me the design that I wanted. She took forever to do my nails. I had the worst experience of my life at this nail place. I will never be coming back to this place.

Location is in Jeffersontown close to several stores and restaurants, easy access to the store and parking is excellent. Plenty of parking. Nice and clean. Workers are very nice. Excellent condition. Can be seen from the main road. Reasonable prices. Relax and enjoy your day looking great.

Nice and friendly :) they don't take card though, so bring a check or some cash!

I have been going here for 14 years and the last handful of visits have been so disappointing. Lan is the sweetest and I wish I could review her separately. This review is overall...
1. Customer service is poor. You are rushed. I paid with card and was *told* to pay with cash next time. Don tells people 20 mins and the salon is obviously packed. Customers have left due to insane long waits.
2. Few nail techs seem to have experience. Usually lan or don do my nails because the other girls end up cutting me or my nails are so sore after.
3. I walked in wanting a basic design on my nails and was told no the couldnt do it. Another visit I wanted to try for a popular nail shape and was told no. And another time I wanted ombre and was told it would cost me a lot of money and only one person knew how but when asked I could tell she was nervous about it. Each time I left with something other than what I wanted.
I think they are too busy to practice and keep up with trends. Its kind of like a factory now. When I was a teenager the business was friendlier and seemed like they cared more about you. Now i just feel rushed and ignored.
I unfortunately won't be back. So sad.
