I've never been more happy with a nail experience as I've been here! Thank you to Bruce who was extremely amazing! I've been here 3x and each time was great! Consistency matters a lot! I've been to so many other salons and although other places have been good too, this one beats them all. They extended the place too so they have a brand new upper floor. Of course minor things are annoying - like even after making an appointment I had to wait 20+ min since they took in another client 15 min before my scheduled time. Overall though, great work!

Service was choppy and rushed. I hated the way my nails came out. This is the blunt and uneven result of me asking for a coffin nail shape. I corrected my tech too many times to want to do it continuously. I asked her to take my length down multiple times.
On top of the bad service , a man who worked in the salon was yelling a baby girl who could barely talk —-Yelling “Shut up! Shut up and look at your book!”
Terrible atmosphere I just wanted to leave more than anything. Filing these down at home. Notice the tips are not straight on top. Notice each nail shape is blocky and not narrowed into the coffin shape.

I get a manicure and pedicure almost every 2 weeks from Bruce Nails and I cant imagine going anywhere else! It's very clean the staff is awesome and I'm always impressed with my nails when I leave.

After having a full set of evelashes, I had a reaction to the eyelash glue. I offered to come after work to have the lashes removed but the tech was working another job. I had to go home, put my head in steam for 10 mins then olive oil. I didn't get them all off, about 10 were stubborn and that was only 1 eye.. After paying $120 to look nice, I am a hot mess. Won't be back.
