I have been looking for a place offering exceptional mani/pedi services and finally found it here. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, but it is Nancy who I continue going to, because she consistently provides outstanding service. She is totally customer focused, is an expert at her craft, and possesses a remarkable attention to detail. I had tried numerous spas in the Massachusetts/southern New Hampshire area and nobody came close to providing me with such amazing service. I do not write reviews but in Nancy's case, it is well deserved.

My daughter and I went back today after not going there for a while and we each got a full set. We’ve gone a few times before and out of those times only once were our nails decent. Today my daughter showed her a picture of exactly what she wanted done (length, shape and color) and they didn’t even come close to what she showed her and what she wanted was just an oval shape and the color yellow so nothing crazy. My nails are lumpy, uneven and already chipping after only 12 hours. They look horrible. We definitely won’t be going back as this isn’t the first time we went and were left very disappointed. When you pay that much to have nails done you expect them to be done right.

Waited1hr for an apt that I booked for my daughter and I to have mani pedis together. Took a total of 3 hrs. My nails look awful. I normally do t leave negative reviews but this is the second time it has happened here

May did my nails and she so kind and sweet during the whole thing! She took her time consistently checking with me to see if the nail length, shape, color, ect was all to my liking. I’ve never had someone be so kind or caring but May was careful, gentle, thorough, and made my experience at TT’s a wonder one :)

I recently had an appointment for a dip manicure. The nail tech I had booked with was not available (They did not call me to let me know this), so they had someone else do my nails. My appointment was rushed and my nails came out lumpy, crooked and not the shape I wanted. I spoke up several times about the shape and she did not want to correct it. They were also very expensive for the quality.
