TLDR: Terrible customer service. Decent nails. Ladies, you're better off supporting the small salon near you who honors their appointments and won't charge you for services not provided.
I ran into a weekend train delay, and called saying I would be 15 minutes late. I was told this was okay, and arrived 20 minutes late. Then I was told I had arrived 30 minutes late, a lie, and that they would not be able to provide full services but would charge me for my entire appointment. This is considered store credit for a future service I no longer wanted - who wants to go to a nail salon where they arrive 5 minutes later than their expected arrival time and the salon can't honor their appointment? It had only been open for the day for 20 minutes!
The website says they will charge 100% for no shows, which was not what I was told when I called. I was told they would be able to accommodate my delay. When I rescheduled for the same time the next day, it was kindly suggested to me that I aim for an hour later. Right.
I will be going back to get my nails done, since I've already paid for it. I suggest you don't.

Great service, great work, great people! Beautiful place. Offered me tea/water. Megan the receptionist is so sweet and hospitable. The nail technicians do amazing work and are very nice. Great foot and hand massage and my nails look amazing. I got the signature mani and pedi. I have been here twice. I came all the way from Houston twice! Megan scheduled my appointment and allowed me to come in a little late when I called to let her know. She agreed to take pictures of my sister and I when she was about to close! Super sweet! They wrap your toes with a fancy oil when you have close-toed shoes! How awesome is that?!

Great nail service, customer service, clean salon, and friendly staff. My nails always look great, and last at least 2 weeks for a gel mani. Parking is difficult sometimes. They offer beverages as well. This is now my neighborhood go to nail salon.

Service is always great! The detailed and attention paid can vary between staff members, but not so much that your service will be done horribly. It is also a bit pricey, but it's nice to take comfort in the fact that the shop is clean and they do a good job!

Very disappointed. While the studio is absolutely gorgeous, I’m not happy with my nails. It somehow took over 2 hours to remove my sns and apply gel polish. I ended up with 5 coats, so it’s incredibly thick and uneven. The edges are smudged... will get them removed and redone somewhere else. For $57 I’m super sad.
