I tried this shop on a recommendation. I've never wanted to get my nails done by Asians because I don't like them speaking another language around customers because they all speak English very well so I consider it rude and suspicious. When they start speaking their native language I think they are talking about the customers. Anyway with that being said I got a dip manicure and nail polish for a little girl. She did my step daughter in 5 mins and acted like she really didn't want to be bothered with kids. I didn't like the atmosphere of the shop. It seemed like assembly line work. I did however like the way she filed my nails and dip polished them. I may try them again simply because compared to my last experience with a dip manicure, her work was much better.

I think Ninas need more techs. This is the second time my nails were screwed up. Im looking for another shop. The three stars are for the nice techs.

Terrible!! Terrible!! Service! Does not give good customer service skills. If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in at 11 a.m. and stayed until 12:20 and still never got serviced. You are waisting you time and energy coming here. Believed to be stereotypical as well. Do not waist your time

All other nail salons pale in comparison to Nina's!! Techs are thorough, friendly, patient, efficient and professional. The outcome is always the same.......FABULOUS & affordable. Love this nail salon. Very satisfied customer for over 6 years. I won't go anywhere else. -Gia
