Felt the woman needed to actually listen to me when I told her I did not want a certain file on my heals! She did it anyway! Otherwise fine, could be cleaner!

She couldn’t polish my toes, I just can’t understand .like my polish was all over the place I posted a picture I’m the one with the yellow feet .

DON'T GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!!! I've had my nails done here before, and they did a decent job with that, but today I got my eyebrows done and I have been left with two lines for eyebrows. I told the lady to just clean them up (I've done my eyebrows for years and this is what I always say) but she practically cleaned them completely off my face. I tried to tell her that they are waaaaaaay too thin but she and the other lady just started talking to each other angrily in their own language. They just acted like they couldn't speak English although it was clear that they were aware that I wasn't happy with the work. The lady that did it was an older lady that wore a mask and a ton of makeup. The part that makes me the maddest is that they pretended they couldn't speak English. And after all that I still had to pluck leftover hairs that she missed.
