The owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to paying customers respectfully, she had an attitude when I asked her why do you still have to wait over an hour to be serviced even though you scheduled an appointment ahead of time. She raised her voice and caught an attitude when all I did was a simple question. Never been treated so bad as a paying customer before. I’m not a fake person the rest of the workers are nice and do good work but the manager is a reflection of all the workers, that’s just the reality of it all. I won’t be giving this location any more of my money.

Ive only ever gotten my nails done but the employees are nice. Always offered a drink. I don't wait long if at all. I show a picture of what i like and they take over the rest. The guy doing my nails put so much time and detailed every nail perfectly. They also keep a clean area as they work. Im very happy with my nails
