Made appointment. Showed up 20 minutes before scheduled appointment. Checked in. 45 minutes later a very obvious walk-in was seated before me. I have the audacity to politely ask when I might be seated. Enter unkempt employee, that is sweating like a pig, rolls her eyes and informs me that I should have made an appointment. I maintained composure (because I was confident that I was just being Punk'd), smiled, thanked them, and left. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide any feedback regarding the quality of their work which is a shame...I tip quite well. THE END.

I'm not impressed at all. I called the salon around 1 asking about pricing, and if I needed to make an appointment or not. I was told I didn't need an appointment so I walked in at 4 and said I wanted a full set done. The sign says they close at 6. The woman immediately said "no no no, I don't have time for that, I'm the only one here" so I walked out and she immediately flipped the sign to closed and turned the open sign off. I'm so disappointed, I'll never come back again.

I was beyond satisfied with their work n hospitality!! I came in late but they still got me in!! My husband decided to hang out with my boys while I got my nails done they were super nice asked if they needed drinks gave them candy n that's rare for a salon!! Ive recently moved from meadville n ive definitely found my new nail salon!! Can't wait to go back n get a fill!! Btw my nails are on point!!

Sloppy work.
Gel was filed off instead of scraped off which thins out the nail.
Aggressive mannerisms.
I do not recommend, and I will not return
