It took them 3 1/2 hours to remove my set and have a polish change on my toes. The lady let me soak for 1 hour and allowed people to skip. Then stated that I needed to pay in which I had already paid!😡 She rushed my nails and definitely lost a customer.

I guess cause it’s in the hood they gotta act like it. Especially the owner. It’s not clean and no COVID security.

I would just like to say that I have found an awesome nail technician here at Nails Luv & Spa...his name is Tommy. He is very talented, he pays attention to detail, he listens, his customer service skills are great and overall the staff is wonderful!!! I am so glad that I found this nail salon...if you are in search of an AWESOME nail tech, go see Tommy, he's awesome!!!☺️😊😊😊
