I can’t believe I never updated this. Do not go here. They allow their stylists to ruin your hair and then demand that you pay them to fix it. Years ago, Monica gave me the worst peek a boo highlights ever. They were chunky on one side but fine on the other. Should have been an easy fix. I asked her to fix it and she refused. I then called management and they also refused to fix the problem. Hell if I was going to pay another 100$ to the idiot that messed up my hair the first time around for 180$. Way over priced with NO morals at all. If you make a mistake you should fix it. I now go to the beauty school. They do a better job than these hacks AND guarantee to fix your hair if you’re not satisfied.

Leigh Wyenberg is the best. I’ve had her twice now for a massage and can say it’s one of the best I have received in the area! Very relaxing and stress relieving. Good with conversation too if you haven’t fallen asleep!

I decided to get my hair done today and I called and made an appointment that day for 2 hours later. It's a great fun atmosphere! I had Shannon and she was amazing. She was friendly and was super nice! It was my first time here and next time I go back I'll definitely ask for her! What she did was perfect for the price! She took her time and pays attention to detail! Couldn't recommend this place enough! Will definitely be going back!

I've been a client of Studio 192 (formerly "Studio 162") for 14 years. The new location is convenient, nicely appointed space, although smaller and noisier. I love my stylist - Anne Eschels!

I've been seeing Mary for 3 years now! She has always taken time to find out what I really want for my hairstyle and is such a sweet lady. I won't let anyone else touch my hair.
I love the new location! Lots of natural light and has a really high quality atmosphere.
