Lauren was super nice and easy to talk to! I was very hesitant about what exactly I wanted to do with my hair but Lauren found the perfect color and I am absolutely in LOVE with how it came out. Not to mention my hair feels extremely healthy now.

I truly like each hairdresser I've found at this establishment but I came to write a review on the fact that each time I find a new hairdresser and they move, this business does not contact me to tell me this so that I can cancel or move my appointment to another person. This has happened twice, both times getting text confirmation for my appointment 2 days before (great feature) and when I call to confirm or ask for something, I'm informed they no longer work there and can't tell me where they've gone as they have no idea.

Best hair cut I've gotten since moving to BCS. I used to go to an Aveda Salon in Austin and loved it, and have been looking for someone of equal quality since. Carolyn used to work at an Aveda Salon and I could tell with her skill and knowledge of hair products (not to mention the wonderful head massage). This all for almost half than I would've paid at an Aveda Salon. Next, Leslie is the most thorough/precise nail technician I've EVER had. She gave me great advice for my thick cuticles and made my short, stubby nailbeds look a thing of beauty. I've already planned regular appointments with both.
