After almost 5 years of exclusively going there and tipping $20 for a $7 haircuts for myself and three boys (no complaints) hey RUINED my wifes hair- and hid it from her!
She had asked for a specific service, that the stylest said was not a problem... after they were done, she hid my wifes hair, pushing her out the door saying she should "Go dollar store- get currler"( which confused my wife since she paid for a perm) and the biggest thing was- the stylist at first refused the tip at first.
She KNEW she messed up my wifes hair- and instead of helping mitigate the damage, she shewed my wife out and told her to get some curlers...
In the end, my wife's hair was destroyed. She had to cut over 30"(THIRTY INCHES) of hair off, YEARS OF HAIR GROWTH, and now goes to have her hair cut, for an additional cost, somewhere else every few weeks to cut more hair off.
I have been refused service since then, even though I went there with all 3 of my sons for nearly 5 years- always tipping $20 per $7 haircut.
