5 stars= I enjoy the size of this airport—hands down the smallest security line I’ve ever encountered!
-5 stars=Starbucks. Guys, former partner here, and I am so embarrassed for you! I came to TN for a really heartbreaking reason, the last thing I needed was to hear you talk to each other about your life stories while you had your back turned to customers. Two people walked away and the next time I come through, there’s no way I’ll be back!

Made us sleep/sit outside security check point in the cold when they booked us for a flight that leaves not long after we arrived at midnight. Had barely spoken to us for a minute and the lady had said to our group of passengers. “Don’t want to get you in trouble with the cops.” Seemed very dramatic and uncalled for as were a large group now having to go all the way out of security and sleep on the cold cement. If you can avoid this place, do so, or make sure you have a hotel booked For an overnight flight here so you don’t have to stay at they’re conveniently placed expensive hotel down the road.

Whoever decided to close the top side for departures at night is an idiot. The arrivals section gets totally overwhelmed at night and turns into a parking lot while a ton of unused space up top sits dormant. Typical brilliant planning from administrators at government run facility.

Such a nice little airport..... No chaos, and you can see the whole place from one spot! TSA was even nice for a change!!

This was my first time on a flight. The staff at McGee Tyson at the security checkpoint was extremely nice! As was the others around the airport! The airport we flew into not so much so thanks for caring for your passengers!
