Stopped in this afternoon for a pedicure and had great service. The nail technician was very good and got all the edges around my nails. They offer water and diet Coke for patrons. However, the decor could use updating and a deep cleaning. Otherwise, it was a stellar experience

"No pain no gain" words from Shannon... a nail technician after she cut me and decided to rub acetone on my open wound. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. She did a terrible job on gel polish application and she over filed my nails length and one nail was slanted. She proceeded to say my nails are fine and I'm wrong, she didn't want to accept her mistake. She also rushed through the whole service. I will not come back to this place. Highly disappointed, after reading the reviews I thought I was going to walk out happy; this was not the case. Unprofessional and rude.

They don't know how to do dip nails. They tried and kept sanding down my nails. Lan made 4 of my fingers bleed. When I told them that I didn't like what they did they told me it was too late. I told them that I'd be fine with them starting over with regular gel instead. They said no. My fingers hurt. Next time I'm going back to Sully nails (off of stone rd.). I only came here because my friend wanted to try a cheaper place. They ended up being the same price for sns dip as sully, but much less quality. Look at the picture of my thumb, the coloring is all kinds of weird. Look at my pinky, it's so red and there are cuts on both sides. It took Lan more than an hour and a half to finish with a disappointing final product. She told me that if I messed up my nails that I could come back and she'd fix them for free... but I honestly don't want to sit through that again.

The pedicures are awesome and you get to enjoy it in a relaxing environment like no other. They have it separated from the manicure stations and you can easily fall asleep since they keep it dark. My favorite place to go! They are very meticulous workers and are willing to even stay late to make sure you’re satisfied. Thank you Spa One!

I followed my technician, Helen here from another salon, and she is great! A couple times she was busy and someone else helped me and they were outstanding as well. I get a gel full set after trying to go natural over and over unsuccessfully, and Helen makes them look so natural. I get lots of compliments! Highly recommend this place for the service and value.
