I’ve been going to New Skylark Nails for the past four years my eyebrows always get done perfectly by Mimi she’s the best, if she’s off my second choice is Jessica. Ask for Sunny when you want a nice pedicure or manicure, she takes a sweet time to give you a great job and you will love it. I always get a lot of compliments for my eyebrows and nails. Sunny and Mimi are the best.

It was very dirty. They didn’t put a bag for the water when doing my pedicure and the chairs were broken. It was extremely cold because they had the back door open and it was 40 degrees outside. There is no reception or WiFi. Everything is outdated. Someone needs to sign them up for a tv make over.

Worst place ever. They were so mean with the nail polish. Nails aren’t polished properly. They over charged me $45 for a pedicure with gel. I paid with card and the girl forget to charge me the $2 that they charge for using cards and one of the lady in there made a big deal about me not paying the $2 tip. I had to go in my purse and gave her the $2. She took forever to do my nails even when it hurts she kept continuing.

So unfortunately my nail broke on New Year’s Eve so I needed to get my nails done and my place wasn’t open so I found this place on google maps. I read the reviews and was skeptical but I started work the next day and refused to go to work looking crazy so I pulled up. First strike was the smell. Smelled like straight mildew the whole time even during the acrylic process. Second strike the lady going to charge me $20 for a fill and nail repair. Which if you ask me it didnt add up if a full set is 22. But whatever I needed my nails done. Third strike she takes out the acrylic powder with the paper towel. I say “the paper towel” because it wasn’t a fresh sheet it was an old multiple use paper towel that she probably been using since she opened. Next she begins to place the acrylic only at the base of my nail. Never all the way to the tip. When I say something the lady gonna tell me “it’s a full. If you want it to the tip you need to pay for a full set” smfh. So whatever I let her finish all to have a nail break 2 days later. Go look at my nails

Always come here when I don't want to go to my other nail spot and they never disappoint. This time they were willing to accommodate me 15 minutes before they closed and didn't even rush the job. Love this place even more than my first spot. Very professional and good at what they do. I have a new nail place now!
