I did not like my nails when I got them done on Tuesday and Tom (the manager) offered me a new set. He had Paul do them for me and he did a PERFECT job. He was very patient and detailed. Each nail was perfectly shaped and painted. I loved them! Just ask for Paul!

Had a great experience here, as always. Been coming for years and never had a chipped or broken nail as a result! Will definitely come here as long as I live in the area.

This place was great. I’m not doing five stars only because it wasn’t the fanciest nail salon and didn’t offer alcoholic beverages which some places do now. Not a game changer for me if the prices are good, which they are here. I did shellac or however you spell that on my toes and love it! They took their time, gave wonderful leg messages with hot stones and wax. They had a great color selection and most importantly Everything was clean! They also do eye lash extensions, and though I’m not an eye lash extension gal, the girl checking out in front of me just had hers done and they looked movie star beautiful, so who knows, maybe I’ll become an eyelash girl💁🏻♀️

Very pleasant experience! While walk-ins are welcome, I still decided to make an appointment. My chair was ready and waiting for me when I arrived! The staff was welcoming and they all appear to be excellent technicians. Definitely recommend!

Haven nail salon was great! This was my first nail salon experience in Prosper and it was clean and they were very sweet with me and my daughter. Will be back!
