I used to look forward coming to this spa it’s very clean the techs are very nice professional. I called this one particular time to make an appointment got it set up and came in the next day for my appointment the hostess was Very rude, and impatient. When being sitted she didn’t ask if I’d like a drink and when the tech came out she wasn’t the one I had an appointment with and when I would try to ask the hostess a question she’d make this frustration scour look. It was a special day for me and when I thought about it why would I spend my hard earn money at a place that didn’t want give me service when there are multiple options close by.. This hostess need training on how to deal with a busy business and how to treat customers with a little more appreciation for the business. Or , you as a business owner won’t have a successful busy if this is what we as customers how are treated.

Very bad attitudes here and don't take requests/critiques well. If you're paying for a service, you should be able to speak up about what you want and what doesn't look right without an attitude. Michelle is talented but very rude as well as the receptionist. I'd been a loyal customer for about a year but won't be returning due to poor service, rude techs, and an overall declining experience.

I've been to quite a few nail bars in the neighborhood and Aria is my favorite. Cherry was on point. She is meticulous and very sweet. I will definitely go back to Aria and see Cherry

Clean and friendly. Ambiance was lovely. Didn't have a drink this time but would definitely go back for one ans to get my nails done.

I love this place, go see May I wanted some holiday things painted on my nails, I showed her some pictures and she did the rest it was amazing. Highly recommended this nail bar.
