MAN I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN . LAST SUNDAY I WENT ..TO GET A FILL AND NAIL FIX.... THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ..ANYWHO I HAD A SPILT IN MY NAIL.. WHICH WAS CAUSING MY FINGER TO BE IN PAIN... AFTER SHE KNEW THAT ...SHE CONTINUED TO BE ROUGH ON MY FINGER .. I KEPT TELLING HER BE EASY...SHE DIDNT LISTEN .. THEN ITS 10 DOLLARS FOR DESIGN... I TOLD HER I WANTED THE WHITE POLISH.. SO AFTER SHE WAS DONE IT LOOKED PRETTY .. THE NEXT DAY MY NAILS TURNED BROWN.. IM SO SERIOUS ... BROWN MY DESGIN WAS ALL MESSED UP ... I WENT BACK TO HAVE HER REDO IT.. SHE SAID SHES THE BEST AND THAT COLOR IS WHITE NOT BROWN... I GOT LOUD AND SAID LOOK ITS BROWN NOW.. REFUSED TO FIX IT... ... PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME .... GO TO OASIS ON CAMP WISDOM... 😠😠😠😡😡

I called (20) minutes before they were closing to see what time they closed, and a very nice & friendly voice told me to come on in..they’d still take me! This was my first visit there, so I didn’t know who to ask for when I got there, but was told to sit at Tracy’s station. Tracy gave me not just the fastest fill I’ve ever had in my life, but super thorough too! From start to finish, she was done in (28) minutes & my nails look AMAZING!!! I’ll definitely be going back!!!

These people are horrible and give horrible customer service! They called the police on my sister because she asked the woman to change her nail polish. The guy who worked there made my sister think they were gonna help her but to me they set her up for failure. They couldve just told her come back for the manager or gave her some or all of her money back. I was on the phone the whole time as my sister sat down the woman made many racist remarks to my sister. she asked her personal questions that made her uncomfortable and she also made a joke about colored people. My sister was not laughing and just wanted her nails done without the extra side talk. Once the police came the lady accused my sister of threatening her. Once I showed up I asked the officers if she could just do my sisters nails or give her money back and they said it's a civil matter. My sister couldve just ran off on the plug, but she stayed in hope's to resolve the problem. She paid already and just wanted the nail change done but the lady told my sister flat out No or pay an extra 15 because she was rushing my sister out the chair. Do not go there they are ignorant, racist, and will take your money without doing a satisfactory job then tell you to go or pay extra. The officers who showed also were automatically profiling my sister as if she was ratchet until I started speaking up about the law and being professional. I will be calling the BBB on them along with making SURE my sister takes them to court being she was told their manager is the only one to make decisions and he wont be back until Weds.

I Love these guys were ready whenwhen I walked in the door they made me so comfortable it was hot outside they had so many different chairs no one really has to wait they were even even doing baby nailswhenwhen they were painting baby nails they were beautiful even the little girls wanted to come back there I'm like oh wow I have been missing out that was a very good experience for me my feet feel so clean and I learned a lot about nails it was very very relaxing if you want to go get your Grown Folk on or you want to go hang out with the girls go to tiger nails they are off the chain I love those guys
