Absolutely comfortable pillows and bed. Shower needs improving but is clean and stocked with towels . It's spacious and they offer coffee 24 hours but the breakfast is around 7am with Jimmy Dean sausage, egg,cheese biscuits to grab and warm up in your room or sit there in the mini dining room. They have apple and orange juice and hot tea there as well. Check Priceline for best deals .

This hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway. The lobby is nice and the areas around the lobby seemed quite clean. I did go there just to check out the hardness of the bed. The room was quite small and the bed was hard. The furnishings were not dated but after being in other hotels with much larger rooms this one felt really cramped. Ultimately I didn't stay there because the bed was hard.

The bed was comfy and the room was nice.
Bathroom needed attention. Soap scum in the shower, mildew/mold in grout.
Front desk worker was less than friendly when checking in. Breakfast is grab and go only -no continental.

Awesome place to stay for traveling and for family reunions. My family was in Meridian CT for a family reunion.
Strategically located .. not too far from the BDL airport.. about 30 minutes.
The Customer Service Representatives is simply Fantastic...the Hall for the party inside the hotel is a class act.
The rooms are spacious and great.

As of July 2021, hotel is NOT a good place to stay. The floors reek of weed and/or cigarettes depending on the floor. We asked the front desk about it and they offered to move us to another room, but that’s not helpful when the entire hotel stinks. Windows were open the whole time to air it out, but that just made it humid. It’s clear it was in the middle of a remodel and just kept renting out rooms even when it wasn’t able to finish. Hallways, walls, and sheets/towels are all stained and need to be redone/replaced. Front door had a sign requiring guests to wear masks, but only one staff member was wearing a mask (so why require guests if your staff doesn’t?). Only positives are the decent lobby, nice front desk person we spoke to, and very comfortable beds. Would not recommend anyone stay here until this hotel can up its offerings…or at least advertise itself as “under remodel” and a former smoking hotel that still stinks.
*Edited to add: I emailed their customer service for the hotel chain. They were unable to provide a refund as the hotel has independent billings, but offered points for another stay. I declined, as I am not interested in staying at this chain again.
