This is the only place I go for pedicures! The owner is always on top of the workers to make sure they do things right. Love this shop

$125 spent for two pedicures (basic) and two manicures. After complaining that my polish was messed up, tech gave me different reasons why--
1. The polish must be bad (polish on left hand ok, polish on toes ok)
2. The heat was turned up too high (again, left hand ok)
Since I had been there for over 2 hours already, I asked her to take the polish off my nails (and skin....unable to paint within the lines).
I asked for a refund at the same time and she started laughing. I asked the manager for a refund and she showed me my receipt which stated "No Refunds"—-this policy was NOT displayed anywhere else....found out via the tiny print after paying!
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
Being laughed at and refusing to provide basic service was an absolute insult.

I’ve been going here for years, very clean, always friendly, great customer service, and best of all my nails always look great 👍🏼
