Well for one reason or another I generally prefer higher-end Salon experience, lemon nails consistently delivers high-quality manicures and pedicures. Usually at the last minute I do make a reservation and can be seen within 15 minutes of when I want to be seen. I keep going back there because they're a solid option

I called to make an appointment and they told me they had an opening and that I could come in. When I arrived, there were 4 other clients and only 3 technicians. I had a gel nail polish that I tried to soak off prior to coming in to speed up my appointment. She sat me down next to another client and was still wrapping her manicure, then moved to me to scrape the remainder of mine off. She was going back and fourth between the two of us.
After another technician finished a manicure, she sat that client in the seat for a pedicure, than ran over to me to quickly and poorly polish my nails. Tuya, I believe. I had a white polish and she only painted 2 coats and there were lines showing. There were several bubbles that I pointed out, that she just continued to paint over. After the top coat, I said there is nail polish on my fingers, and she said, "well you didn't get a manicure, so I can't fix that", and took my card and refused to look up at me.
When I got home, I noticed the side was peeling off, and went back to speak with the manager. She offered me to wait and fix it, or come back the following morning. I said I would come back, but really just didn't want to deal with them anymore.
I will not be going to a salon that does not dedicate their full attention to their paying clients. I don't recommend that anyone pay for a service that they are not being properly accommodated for.

Have been a customer since they opened. At first they did a great job. The last few months they have not, doing my pedicures very superficially. My feet looked pretty bad just 2 days out.
The last 4 a trainee has done them, and not well.
I will not go back.
