I've been going to Ends Hair Salon consistently since 2011 and have never been disappointed. Natalie really learns your hair and is always recommending styles and treatments to help you achieve your hair goals. I made the mistake of going to a Dominican salon before coming to Ends and experienced MAJOR heat damage. Natalie has been nursing my back to health ever since and I always get a lot of compliments on how great and healthy my hair looks. The salon is beautiful, all of the staff is welcoming and courteous, and there's never a really long wait time. Highly recommend! The price is worth it

The salon is very stylish and the staff was very professional and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I never have a long wait and I always leave a satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend Ends Hair Salon and Day Spa to family and friends!!

This place is TERRIBLE! False Advertisement just to get you in the door! They will definitely change the price on you even with GROUPON and LIVING SOCIAL! Something needs to be done about this ENDS SALON because they’ve taken advantage of way too many people & it’s NOT right! What’s the difference between someone that robs you and a business that charge you different prices depending on what they think you can afford or tell you one price up front then give you another price at the end?

Great experience. The owner Natalie is as kind as she is beautiful. She gave me the exact style I wanted with little help from me. Not only is my style alive, it's laid so that I can sleep and wake up with the same style (priceless). This salon was well worth the money spent.

I noticed this salon was in my neighborhood and that i should give them a try. I purchased a living social voucher to get a Brazilian wax and i tried multiple times to make an appointment with the salon. I left a voice message and also waited on the phone line for 15 minutes. The staff here is rude and not helpful. I told the woman who picked up the phone how i been trying to make an appointment and she not only brushed me off but was not nice. She told me i should probably call living social back and try to get my money back. How unprofessional and rude!!! All i wanted to do was be a new potential customer to this salon but honestly i would rather go back to the spa i usually go to. I guess they dont like new potential customers. This salon will not last in nolibs, and living social should not sell vouchers for this business, as this business does not know how to handle their vouchers or their customers. Not only am I not getting my money back but I didn't get any services done neither. If i could give them no stars i would.
