Party of 3. Called ahead and made reservations. I got the worlds quickest pedicure. One of the regulars was waiting. My daughter got a manicure. The gentleman took a smoke break 1/2 way through. I have been here several times, but this week will be the last.

I’m very unsatisfied with the service here. Me and my friends had a appointment for 3 days and people who walked in after us got in quicker than we did. Upon entering both doors were wide open and while getting our nails done, bugs crawled around the establishment and nothing was done for a long period of time. The scenery was very neat and tidy but once equipment was used on our nails we observed the materials were filthy and unkept even if cleaned. The staff there were kind enough yet did not seem to listen and or care to what we requested. Staff also seemed to get distracted and used cellar devices and kept walking off. The most disgusting part of my experience was when someone who was working on one of my friend’s nails comes over to add fake diamonds to my nails without changing a pair of filthy gloves being worn before. I requested afterward if I could have some nail polish removed from my finger that was left there instead of my nail and the man who did so with so much grime on his gloves, injures my left ring finger from how unsanitary his gloves were and leaves me with my finger bleeding without an apology. Never coming back to this establishment. Disgusted and do not suggest coming here.

My friend asked for long nails the nail person said no, gave her nails she could grow/do herself and that were shorter than when she walked in, and told her that long nails would be to hard to take care of. And then people who walked in for a pedicure were takin care of before our group and we made an appointment in advanced. We were seated and while we were sitting there were 2 cockroaches or some other type of bug was on the floor which they ignored until an employee took a paper towel and killed one, the other was still under the chairs. At first the place seemed clean but then after they started working on your nails you could tell that they don't clean their tools or don't clean them well. Then the person that worked on me kept leaving to do other things and kept using his phone. He left to finish my friends nails and he had not changed his gloves since the first person he did (I was the 3rd). My friend asked to get a drop of nail polish off her finger he went and did that (while still wearing the same gloves) scratched it off and all the grime on in his gloves cut her and he got up left her there without any thing or an apology. We are all very unsatisfied and are deffienitly not coming back.

We went to the salon and when we sat down there and there were cockroaches or some type of bugs on the floor. When we pointed them out the people did nothing until it was killed with a paper towel 15 or 20 minutes later. People came in after us with a walk in got service and were done before we were. We had a appionment made before hand. My friend asked for long nails but was told she could not talk care of them when she walked in with longer than she got. Another in the group was injured by the gloves not being changed after acrylic being done.and had a reaction on her hand to the nail polish remover and dirty gloves. Her hand was bleeding and nothing was done about it.

I asked for long nails and didn’t get what I paid for. I got them shorter than when I came. I had two really long nails and when I asked for long nails the person said I couldn’t take care of them yet I told them I have had them before and had them when I walked in. I came with friends and only one was satisfied.
