Bad business! I went at 1:33. He told me to come back at 3:00. I came back exactly 3. He told me I had to wait because I was late. He said I was suppose to come back before 3 but never mentioned it when I signed in at 1:33. This is not the first time this has happened. He didn't even care or have any remorse for the situation. Bad business, period.

Upon checking in, the man at the front desk ignored my friend and I. So we had to talk to a non English speaking employee by pointing. There was no one in the salon (should have been my first hint), and all of their equipment was old and tore up. The chair I sat in was a massage chair, however, it did not work and the employee doing my nails could not understand me to understand. The woman that did my feet leaned over to rub the lotion on my leg and pushed her chest into my foot. The man that worked the front desk who spoke English, rudely left and walked around the mall, so we were screwed. When I was finished, I watched as they only rinsed the foot bath, slightly and did NOT wash the equipment and scrubbers they used on me and my friend.
The paint job is horrible, my nails are jagged and they are not square, they are slanted. Not to mention that my heals are no different than when I walked in. Horrible experience, very unclean and I will not go in there again!

There is one guy there that is horrible and rude! First he charged me too much and when I mentioned it he got mad. As he proceeded to do my nails after he charged me he started a conversation about how stupid Americans are and how Chinese people are evil and again got mad when I told him I did not agree. His first attempt at my gel polish was a fail since the polish did not set which he blamed on the polish. He then filed my nails down to nothing and did a bad job the second time around as he kept smacking and shoving my hands around and then told me to wash my hands and leave. Horrible service and incredibly rude!! I will not be going back!

Refused to put tip on my toe. Very rude. Don't use them.
