I love Lisa and Cuties so much! Ive been to many salons in Flagstaff and Cuties is by far the best. I have natural long nails so I am very particular and very specific about how my nails get done. I have extremely high standards and Lisa never disappoints! The customer service is always great and the prices are some of the lowest in Flagstaff.

I just left this nail salon after having, by far, the worst manicure and pedicure ever. The staff were all very very nice, but I did not think it was possible for nails to look this bad. I usually do my own, but decided to go all out before family vacation. I am currently on my way home to redo them myself. I went to this salon because of the great reviews. However, I have no clue how they have so many stars. I should also mention I had an appointment so it's not as if they were rushing to squeeze me in. I will definitely never go back or recommend. This is my first review ever but I could NOT let this go.

Terrible. The man that did it never spoke to me, not once. Very rough with my nails and the massage. My massage chair didn't work. Weird plastic covering on the foot spa, very uncomfortable on your feet. 5 minute massage lasted 2 minutes, but it was awful so I was relieved it was over. I could have done my own polish and saved the 25.00

I arrived with no appointment and even though they were officially closed, she took me in as I wouldn’t be able to return the following day. Lisa was very nice, paid very close attention to what she was doing and was meticulous about sorting out my three broken nails. Would recommend Cutie Nails and would return if I was in the area again.

Was looking to get my nails done and just happened to come across here. I didn’t make an appointment but they took me in right away and I didn’t even have to wait. I got acrylics and they charged $30-35. My nails came out really nice and the staff was very friendly and really took their time. Definitely will be coming back!
