This place USED to be the best.
NOT ANYMORE. The nail techs have become lazy as hell and I'm being honest. They also will go to fast on your fingers on toes, cutting your cuticle bed. Visit before last the girl killed cuticle, it burned for a week (when I would take shower or wear socks). Also they will skip steps like you are not going to notice. All I'm saying is if I'm paying FULL PRICE- I want full service. Do not rush out ain't do not skip steps.
Watch you technician~ it's happened a lot over the past year.

After being a loyal customer for 2yrs., I was mistreated and labeled difficult. Do NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE AFRICAN AMERICAN BUSINESS!! THEY SPEAK IN VIETNAMESE/KOREAN ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE RUDE & DO NOT VALUE BLACK BLACK PPL! THEY JUST WANT TO GET OUR MONEY! Steve & Kim are horrible! Go to LUCKY NAILS II @ 5212 WALNUT ST. THEY ARE WAY BETTER!

I kept asking for my total and the tech would not tell me and then once I was almost done the tech tells me my total was $95.00 for a refill & pedicure. I was in complete shock and he couldn't even explain why it was that high smh I will neverrr go back there again.

I went here on a Saturday and these nails havent lasted a week smh.. DONT COME HERE! My pinky finger just came off. The lady was asking me “wheres your mom, wheres your mom” after i showed her what i wanted. She kept changing the prices to 70 and then lowered it down to 50 the nails werent even worth 50 bucks to be honest. DONT GO THERE PEOPLE.
