I walked into Venetian nails looking to redo an acrylic job I was not happy with at another nail salon. I was suggested by the manager that my existing set could be fixed and reshaped by one of their expert nail techs instead of paying to remove it and start from scratch. Hank took care of me and turned my spatula shaped nails into the more natural look I was looking for. This place has definitely won my business and I will be returning for my future services. Thank you for excellent customer service. Hank is very good and detailed with his work. He is highly recommended.

I generally give places three shots unless something atrocious happens. This place appears lovely but you feel like a number… get in get out, a pedi feels like a chore, and they’re way way too expensive for that type of treatment. They’re by far one of the priciest salons in town. And don’t think that if you’re a regular customer they’ll help you in a pinch, don’t walk in with a broken nail. I gave 2stars because most of the people are nice, but some will sneak in charges then act dumb when you call them out for being overcharged. Not a great place, there are better places to go!!

I kept coming here for convenience, but they make you wait more than 30-40minutes every time you go in WITH an appointment. Very disorganized. The staff is not friendly.

I came here to get my nails and toes done before going to the Dominican Republic and the experience was terrible. The lady doing my feet was so rough and kept hurting me. She massaged my feet for two minutes and I asked why it wasn’t a longer massage especially since I paid for the most expensive pedicure they had, she preceded to tell me if I want a foot massage then I need to go to the massage place down the street. I was baffled. Then when she was putting on the cuticle oil she splattered it everywhere it got all over my dress and stained it. I had to throw it away. When I told the manager what happened she didn’t say anything and just gave me my total to pay. I can’t believe how they treat their guests. I will never come back.

Just moved to Fort Lauderdale and had this place recommended to me. I never usually write reviews but this experience has unfortunately lead me to this. DO NOT go here within 2 hours before closing. I had an appointment for 5:30 which the woman at the desk said would be plenty of time before close. All I will say is that everything was on double speed. The nail tech was basically throwing my limbs around and rushing so much that in no way was it relaxing. If you are someone that wants to be rushed and doesn't necessarily care about the ambiance then this might not bother you. However, at the time of close, I was among a few other customers finishing up. Half of the staff were literally running around screaming and were told to be quiet because there were customers by a staff member. When I was leaving, a group of them were literally partying in the back of the salon. It just made me feel very uncomfortable but mainly shocked, because I have never ever seen a nail salon like this in my life. I don't mind being in a rush every once in awhile, but when I pay extra to have a relaxing experience, and instead am rushed in half the amount of time, have staff running and screaming around me, and the nail tech stopping to talk every 10 seconds it just was not worth all of the money. Will definitely be looking for another nail salon.
