Professional environment. A couple ladies are amazing. Wish they had more artistic offerings than the standard flower choice for embellishment but if you being in a picture, they'll try. If they can't they will tell you. Decent pricing, don't try to upsell you once you've made you selection. No argument if you want something they think is odd. :) But they do need people who can do different designs. Only had one lady that was crappy, but voiced issue and it was dealt with.

Tracy is extremely rude. It’s unfortunate because she is good but not worth how she treats customers. There was a misunderstanding oh how to do my nails and she argued that she did what I said and not that she misinterpreted what I said. The next time I went I was late and she took the person who walked in right in front of me. I travel from over a hour away and I got lost going to the appointment and she was sooooo rude. I only rated a2 because they are good but Tracy’s customer service is unacceptable and needs to be made public. It’s unfortunate since she is good but absolutely not worth her actions.

Tracy did my nails and she was so sweet I gave her a picture I found on Pinterest and she matched it exactly I am coming again to get them filled :)

Was satisfied with pedi. massage was great. But didn't look like they really sanitize the tubs. I noticed there was leftover nail polish flakes left from the last customer in my tub. They don't use plastic covers either. There was a lady next to me getting a pedi as well and she had severe toe fungus! The lady even warned the nail tech prior to taking her shoes off. It was horrendous! I'm sorry, but I don't want my feet in the same tub, especially since the tubs aren't thoroughly cleaned out. For that reason I will not be returning.

Place is a bit dirty: stations sticky and overall messy. Spent longer in the chair soaking and waiting than the actual pedicure took. A little sloppy and big hurry to cash me out.
