Nails look chunky and horrible, cold water for pedicure and it was roughly 10 minutes, rushed and not done with any care. They expected to be tipped and I still did after a terrible job. $17 tip... paint was globbed on ... manicure done and didn’t rub my hands or even put cuticle oil on my hands. They didn’t care about the customers! They don’t want u to relax... i hope they get the same service! It’s very dirty looking and lots of drunk mexicans and kids hanging out in front of area you walk theu them to get to your car! I should have went to the Woodlands! This was appalling!!!!! Oh and i showed a pic and thst was waste of time! This clunky mess is awful ... the pics advertised are not their work!! When i showed him on they site he said oh we can try something else ... looks awful i’ll get redone.... Run don’t walk ... waste of money and time!

They did what I asked... I brought my own designs and they did a good job with the powder on my "work nails"... The lady who did my nails was Becky she did amazing... She said never in her years of manicures did she ever have someone ask her to do half nails and half no nails

Ive been going there for more than 3 years. Prices are unbeatable and they are very nice one time i really had to get my nails done and arrived before closing Kevin stayed late for me and he also let two more people in after me. I always get my pedi done by Becky she is fantastic. I live 30/40 min away buy its always worth the drive.

I have always been a loyal customer to my nail tech in downtown, and never dared to go elsewhere. But due to a last minute event, I had to visit a local nail salon in the area, and I'm glad I went with Nelly's Nails. Got a full set with design that's comparable to the place I usually go to, but they charged half the price! Shout out to Sophie who gave me exactly what I wanted and more! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I asked them I wanted nails like the one in the picture and I am really happy with what they gave me and it was also my very first time getting acrylics. And I do apologize for my phone quality but in real life they look amazing 😍
