Called the morning of and asked if they had any appointments in the evening and was immediately put on the schedule for 2 pedicures. Then I got off work early so I wanted to go on my way home from work and called ahead of time to ask if it was alright and they said it'd be able a 10 minute wait so I went. The wait was 5 minutes and I was treated with such care by the desk worker and the pedicurist! 10/10 would recommend

Normally have good experiences here so this is not a rating about the shop as a whole but the tech that did my nails (Kelly) on 11/19/17 hurt my cuticles during a manicure...NEVER since I’ve been getting my nails done has it hurt to get a mani. More than one bled and were sore the next day. Don’t mind the color of gel polish was supposed to be matte black 🙄...I tried to add a pic

I have been to so many different nail salons and only here have I had the best experience every time. They always do a great job and if you don't like something they will fix it.

Customer service was terrible, one of the nail techs hit my hand because I looked at my nails and they were not the same shape , I told her and she stated to stop being noisy and pushed my hand down. Of course I got up, And the manager Rose didn't even bother to step in. I ended up leaving with one coat of paint on my nails and Now three days later two of my nails have already broke off. I have never experienced such bad customer service for such high prices. They are very greedy people

I have been going to Beverly Nails for years. I do prefer going during the weekdays, as weekends are typically very busy. I started making appointments with a specific nail tech who does an excellent job, Ken.
The last 2 appointments I tried to make, I was told I couldn't because they already had a lot of people schedule for (6:15pm). I still decided to go, both times. Both times I went, business was very slow, and not a single 6:15 "appointment" showed up.
When I asked the Manager Rose, why She has told me, two times that they had appointments DURING the times I wanted to come in, she stated loudly in front of the other nail techs, and the few customers who were there, "You're not my customer, i don't make money when you go to other people, so yes i told you would be busy!" Then continued to argue with me, having to have the last word.
THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXHIBIT LEADERSHIP I'VE EVER SEEN. Rose is NOT a team player, and truthfully only cares about "certain" customers. I will be looking for a new salon!
