I gave the salon 3 stars because the customer service was good and friendly. This nail salons prices are high for not even the best nail work. If you're going to charge $30 for gel manicures, you need to make sure you have the best nail techs not amateurs. Also, a better line of nail polishes for gel manicures. I was not pleased in this particular area.

Worst products ever!! 2 days after getting Gel powder nails and already 2 nails have cracked off!! I paid a fortune too!! $64!! I wanted SNS powder on new tips but they said no and wouldn’t do it even though they had the products available. I even offered to pay more to do with SNS and they said no. The nail lady Josephine is really lovely though but the products were just not up to scratch. Seems like they choose cheap products over quality. I chose this place because of the online reviews so if you’re in the same boat, don’t waste your money.

Legit the best gel manicure in upper Manhattan (maybe all of Manhattan) for under $100. I get gel mani/regular pedi and I am always crazy impressed with their attention to detail and care for my nails. They take great care of their customers and have SOLID skills. Sandra is a magician!
I added eyebrow waxing on a whim, and even THAT was the best one I’ve had in years! I have really long eyebrows and she expertly trimmed them without me even asking. My sensitive skin wasn’t even raw or tender afterwards.
Ugh, I’m so glad I found this gem. Total bonus that it’s in my neighborhood. Love Love Love.

Worst quality products ever for such a high price!! Powder gel does even last!! Only a few days in and my nails are already coming off!! The worst!! Don’t waste your money or time!!
