VIP nails is the worst nail salon in the area.
Save your time, save your money
I have never left happy.
I got my eyebrows done here once and one of the owners did them, I am very specific with how I like my eyebrows and I showed her pictures and everything
They came out nothing like that at all, I had almost no eyebrows left, when I looked in the mirror I literally cried.
And the owner woman literally laughed at me and was so so rude
I payed for the service!! But I asked when they grew back if I could get a free eyebrow Service or SOMETHING to compensate this
The owner lady literally just told me she didn't need my business.
The owners are a couple, the husband is very nice however his wife is rude to everyone and has the absolute worst "customer service" (if you can call it that) I have ever experienced in a business in my life.
I had another incident where I was having someone do my nails I was telling her what I wanted, it was a simple full set, she mumbled a few extra fees, I asked her what the extra fees were for and she said to me "if you don't want to pay it you can leave" and I said "I didn't say I wouldn't pay it I was just asking what the extra $10 is for"
When I tried to talk to the owner about how the tech spoke to me she literally didn't care at all, and told me I was being "dramatic".
My whole family has been going there for years and I'm just tired of dealing with her. Which is unfortunate because there is one guy there who does amazing pedicures and he was the only reason I kept coming back.
But I will never again spend money there.

Worst customer service ever! Have been coming to this nail salon every once in a while for almost 10 years. Service has never been the best but until now, I'm done with this place. The worker messed up the service. He made my nail crooked and I asked him politely to fix it. He said no. I ignored it. Paid and was leaving. The owners wife who worked there came outside when I was walking to my car and told me I am no longer invited to the salon. They said I was too picky and they don't need my service with an attitude. WORST SERVICE EVER!

This business recently moved closer to Publix and renamed themselves "VIP NAILS SPA". Well there's nothing VIP about them. My daughter had her nails painted on Friday and by Saturday both her fingernail and toenail polish completely peeled off. I called Sunday to see if they would guarantee their work and redo them and was told by the owner Lisa " there's no guarantee the Polish won't come off and she didn't open a business to do nails for free". It's sad that this is her idea of customer service since I've been going to them for 10+ years. Good thing there's a nail salon on every corner because I will not be going back there!
