The technicians couldn’t have been more bored and rude. It was dirty, and my nails were a little messy when she was done. Not the best place, the make no effort at all!

Made an appointment with Dee for mani pedi in the morning. When I arrived someone was there but she could not speak english enough to even confirm her name or that she would even be available to perform the services requested for the appointment. I tried to be patient, after all there isn't much that needs to be discussed to have a great mani pedi that pointing can't do, but once I chose my color and optomistically handed it to her with a smile hoping she would understand I wanted a service she just said her first words in english of the day stating "10 dollars more" over and over without anything else to add. (The polish was a classic color from OPI regular polish.) Very strange and uncomfortable experience. As I looked down I saw two dirty stations as if people had just ran out and nothing was cleaned. If this person who cannot speak more than 3 words of english is working there she needs to have a translator and first stations next to the door should always be the cleanest... no brainer. I walked out and don't plan to return. It should have been a red flag already that it was empty on a Friday...

I've been getting a no chip for over five years now, they were able to squeeze me in at the last second before a trip to Mexico. Two weeks later my nails still are getting compliments, longest no chip ever.
All of the staff and the owner were a very accommodating and kind, I live 3 miles from this place which is 25 minutes from where I live. I cannot wait to go back.

The salon is open until 7pm on Saturdays. I went in at 6pm and the lady told me to leave. She confirmed that they were open until 7pm however she said "it has been really slow today so we're closing now".
If it was slow, isn't my business a good thing? Guess not. I'm never returning. Terrible customer service.
